Prophetic Word: Creation Is Testifying, Pay Attention to God’s Animals
1 Kings 4:29, 33-34
“God gave Solomon wisdom and very great insight, and a breadth of understanding as measureless as the sand on the seashore. He spoke about plant life….He also spoke about animals and birds, reptiles and fish.”
Hi Friend,
One of my favorite things to do each morning is sit before the Lord without any expectations. I usually listen to a few worship songs and then get my journal out and play Holy Spirit instrumental music. I like to tell Jesus good morning and thank you right away.
In Luke 17, Jesus healed 10 lepers, but only one came back to say thank you. I always want to be the one person, and I know you do, too. When we keep our heart posture pure and childlike, He truly cherishes this.
After I tell Jesus thank you and that I love Him, I like to sit still and listen. Sometimes I'll say: "Lord, what is on your heart today? What makes you smile? What concerns you? Where can we improve? What do you love about your children?"
Then I wait. What I have learned is that the Lord speaks very plainly and doesn't complicate things. As His sheep, He desires for us to hear His voice. God is very tender and sweet and often gets straight to the point.
Here is what He wants you to know today:
You are not forgotten. God sees you. He knows every single detail about your life. He cares about you. Everything matters to Him.
Some of you might feel overwhelmed or even overlooked in your everyday life, but just like the sparrows, the Lord Jesus calls you valuable. He knows the cost of following Him, and He sees your tenacity. Jesus loves how you keep the belt of truth wrapped around your waist as you stand strong as a good soldier in Christ. The way you live your life is different from most, yes, but it's faithful. Your decision to walk in holiness and righteousness is fragrance to Heaven. God loves your character and the way you exude kindness to people.
You are an ambassador of Jesus Christ and represent the Kingdom of God so well. God has chosen and tasked you with a calling to share His heart even while on earth. You’re doing a great job with the mission. This walk is not easy, but you are MORE than a conqueror in Christ Jesus who loves you. If God is for us, who can be against us?
Here is what I feel so strongly:
God wants you to know that He adores you and you're the apple of His eye. You are His masterpiece, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do (Ephesians 2:10).
Today, open your eyes and look around even at creation to see the Lord’s tender hand at work. He will reveal something to you even in nature.
Pay attention to the birds in the sky, the flowers and the animals. They teach us about the love and passion of our Heavenly Father. Even creation testifies to His eternal power (Romans 1:20).
As I'm writing this, I see a white butterfly dancing right outside my window. I am reminded of the importance of emerging and spreading our wings.
This is especially important in the weeks to come because you’re about to soar to new heights.
Jesus is the Good Shepherd, and He knows His sheep. He leaves the 99 to come after you. Every detail of your life matters to Him. Please don't ever forget how much your Father loves you.
LOOK AT THE ANT
"Ants are creatures of little strength, yet they store up their food in the summer."
(Proverbs 30:25)
As I sat with the Holy Spirit this morning, He gave me very practical advice for His people through the ant.
In Proverbs 6:6, we are told, "Go to the ant, you sluggard; consider its ways and be wise."
Here’s the lesson: The ant has no commander, overseer or ruler, yet it stores its provisions in summer and gathers its food at harvest. In other words, the ant does not wait to be forced into motion. It does not need someone standing over it every moment, telling it what to do next.
It understands the season, discerns the need and gets to work.
The ant does not have the spirit of laziness; rather, it's intentional and forward-thinking. Solomon is addressing the danger of sluggishness, delay, avoidance, and passivity. The issue is not just laziness in the obvious sense. It is the kind of spiritual apathy and practical drift where a person keeps saying, “Later. Not yet. I’ll get to it. I have time.” Proverbs is warning that small delays can eventually become real lack. “A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest,” and then poverty comes suddenly like a robber (Proverbs 6:9-11).
The ant becomes the teacher because she has something many people lack: internal discipline.
Proverbs 30:25 also says, "Ants are creatures of little strength, yet they store up their food in the summer."
Notice that both scriptures talk about summer because wisdom recognizes timing.
Spiritually, summer often represents a season of opportunity, light, growth, access, strength and preparation. It is not necessarily the final harvest, but it is the season where what you do now determines what you will have later.
I believe this is a word for many of us right now….
Some of you just walked through a long season of restoration that was vital for your calling. The Lord comforted you and made you rest and lie down in green pastures. Now we are in the next part of Psalm 23: "He renews my life; he leads me along the right path" (v.3).
First the restoration comes, then it’s time for movement as the Holy Spirit guides us.
If the sheep just stayed by the still waters and napped, they wouldn’t eat or enter the next place of provision. It’s time to pick up the pace.
Habakkuk 2:2 says, “Write the vision down; make it plain on tablets, so he may run who reads it.”
We are in the running part now. Get moving. 🕊️
PROPHETIC ENCOURAGEMENT
Every day, I open my windows and look outside. I watch the blue jays who are bold and can’t be mistaken for any other birds. I see doves who are gentle and spiritual, eating their daily portion. I watch the squirrels running along the fence, gathering what they need.
God’s creation is always speaking. Creation understands timing and movement. Creation understands that certain windows of opportunity are not meant to be wasted. The birds know when to gather. The animals know when to move. The flowers know when to bloom. Even the ant knows how to store in the right season.
In the same way, I believe the Holy Spirit is calling many of us to create structure and order for what is coming next.
The prophetic word for you is very practical today: “Pay attention to your surroundings.”
Spend time in nature. Notice what God is highlighting. Watch the animals. Study what makes them unique. Ask the Holy Spirit what He is teaching you through what He created.
There may be an answer waiting.
The more you move with God, the more you are going to see doors begin to open. The more you put structures in place, the more prepared you will be for the harvest that is coming. The more you do the small things, like getting up early, spending time with God, listening for His voice, organizing what He has given you, and obeying the next instruction -- the more Jesus will release wisdom, strategy, and even witty inventions (Proverbs 8:12).
I really sense this is a gathering time. And what is interesting is that sometimes when God gives us a word like this, we might be in a dry place. We may look around and think, “Lord, nothing is growing. I do not understand what You are preparing me for.”
But the Lord is always ahead of us. He is preparing you before the evidence appears. He has people in place and open doors already marked for you, but you still have to build the structures.
You need the storefront or website. You need the channel. You need the vessel. You need the living room. You need to actually talk to your boss about the idea. You need a place where people can come and receive what God has put inside of you.
This is not a season to dream; it’s time to move.
Jesus loves you too much to let you go stagnant. He sees the gift. He sees the obedience. He sees the tears, the preparation, the hidden years, and the times you kept showing up when no one else understood.
You are a five-talent person.
And now God is saying, “My child, arise. I am with you. Build with Me. Move with Me. I have not forgotten what I promised you, and I am teaching you how to make room for what I am about to release.” ✨
